💫 Are you in the mood for YOGA & SEA ?

In this special retreat week you will experience yoga on a deeper level, open the wisdom of your heart, embrace your being with a loving gaze & share this experience with loving people.
Through guided meditaton, conscious breathwork and deep asana practice you will expand your boundaries and strengthen your mental clarity based on your inner wisdom. You will feel safe in your own body and open up to new challenges. When we feel comfortable and peaceful with our inner and outer body, the environment will align naturally. 

💫 Location:

Ferragudo is a village in Lagoa’s county, a region in the Algarve. Situated in the west side of the village, it has an area of  5,41km² and 2000 habitants. This village offers one of the prettiest postcard pictures of the Algarve. A hillside covered in typical houses, a stone wall that divides land from the sea that comes through a river almost into people’s homes, and boats anchored almost by chance, complete the scenery. The peacefulness and old warm charm of Ferragudo are perfectly preserved. While Ferragudo boasts many eateries and bars, guests can also cross the river by taxi-boat to Portimão and Rocha Beach. The Ferragudo Train Station is 1.5 km away.

💫  Hotel:

The hotel One2Seven is our yoga home for this week.  Modern rooms and holiday homes are offered by One2Seven AL in Ferragudo, located on the opposite bank of Portimão along the Arade River. On-site leisure facilities include an outdoor pool and a gym. Fresh vegetarian and/or vegan food characterize this oasis. Free WiFi is available throughout. The property is situated 300 metres from the Fort of São João do Arade (beach). An airport shuttle can be arranged (due to extra charge) to Faro Airport, 55 km away.
