I am thrilled to announce the grand opening of my yoga studio All Life is Yoga, a new studio located in the heart of Mexilhoeira de Carregação, Estombar, Algarve. My opening day is set for March 20, 2025, and I can’t wait to share this exciting journey with you!

I believe in a holistic approach to life through the practice of yoga, wellness, and personal growth. My studio is designed to be a peaceful sanctuary where individuals can reconnect with their true selves, find balance, and nurture both mind and body.

Join me on opening day for a special celebration featuring a free Yoga class in the morning and an opportunity to discover the transformative power of self growth.
