These classes have their focus more on ”BEING AWARE” of how you are moving through the space hat surrounds you.
Step by step we get to know the basic Yoga poses and every time we do so, we try to DO with less effort possible.
Moving into the poses becomes “pleasant and stable” like Patañjali described it.
Our aim is not necessarily to attain the final posture rather than to understand it so that the posture one day unfolds itself to us.
By focussing on “How we are doing What we are doing” we are more aware of the connection between body, mind & soul.
Movement becomes more and more effortless.
