Vijñāna Yoga classes have their focus on ”BEING AWARE” of how you are moving through space with less movement & effort possible
Step by step we get to know the basic Yoga poses and every time we do so, we try to DO less and FEEL more from the Inside being guided by our breath.
Moving into the poses becomes “pleasant and stable” like Patañjali described it.
Our aim is not necessarily to attain the final posture rather than to understand it so that the posture one day unfolds itself to us.
By focusing on “How we are doing What we are doing” we are more aware of the connection between body, mind & soul.
