Yoga Nidra is often called the “yogic sleep” . It is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state of conscious relaxation — a space between waking and sleeping where the body can fully rest, and the mind can release tension and stress.
Through gentle guidance, breath awareness, and visualization, Yoga Nidra helps you quiet the nervous system, balance emotions, and restore energy at a profound level. Even a short session can feel as rejuvenating as several hours of sleep.
This practice is open to everyone — no experience in yoga or meditation is needed. You simply lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and follow the sound of the voice.
