Sunset Sounbath & Yoga Nidra on the Beach

Join us for a unique and beautiful Yoga Nidra & Soundbath Journey on the beach.

On September 24 at 18:00, we’ll gather on Praia Grande Beach in Ferragudo- Algarve to slow down as the sun sets.

I will guide you through a Yoga Nidra meditation while Sina (@sound.pilgrimess) curates a soundscape with crystal singing bowls. Together, we will create a space for you to rest, relax deeply, and recharge.

Whether you long to unwind from the demands of daily life, find relief of stress and inner tension, return to your center or simply are curious, this is an invitation to experience a profound harmony and ease in a beautiful natural setting by the sea.

Please bring a yoga mat or something to be on, a blanket , a pillow, a light layer , and water for afterwards.
