Sunset Sounbath & Yoga Nidra on the Beach

Join us for our first collaboration, bringing together Soundbath with Sina (@sound.pilgrimess) and Yoga Nidra with me, Sandra.

On August 27 at 19:00, we’ll gather on Praia Grande Beach in Ferragudo- Algarve to slow down as the sun sets.

I will guide you through a Yoga Nidra meditation while Sina curates a soundscape with crystal singing bowls. Together, we will create a space for you to rest, relax deeply, and recharge.

Whether you long to unwind from the demands of daily life, find relief of stress and inner tension, return to your center or simply are curious, this is an invitation to experience a profound harmony and ease in a beautiful natural setting by the sea.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or large towel, and a light layer and a cushion.
