Every Sunday until 27 September, join us for a unique summer morning of conscious body work in and by the pool followed by a healthy breakfast at BO House & Hairshop.

The water offers a beautiful way to deepen your practice. In the warmth of summer, moving in the water feels refreshing and supportive, allowing you to experience the fascinating contrast between heaviness and lightness. It’s an invitation to reconnect with your body in a completely different way.

After the practice, we will gather for a healthy breakfast including fresh seasonal ingredients, wholesome dishes, vibrant flavors, nourishing drinks, and beautiful presentation. Expect a warm and relaxed atmosphere with space to connect, share, unwind, and enjoy a mindful Sunday morning under the Algarve sun.

Whether you are visiting the Algarve or living locally, this event is the perfect opportunity to experience yoga, meditation, breathwork, healthy food, relaxation, and community in a beautiful setting.
