Set beside still water at sunset, this intimate Yoga Nidra session at BO house in Mexihoeira da Carregação-Estômbar-Algarve invites you to release mental noise, soften the body, and return to a state of effortless calm. As the nervous system settles, the mind becomes clear and receptive—creating the ideal space for your Sankalpa (intention) to gently take root.

This is not movement, but a guided journey into conscious rest—where restoration happens naturally.

With only 12 participants, the setting remains private, spacious, and deeply personal.
