I have lived in Portugal for more than 30 years.
This country is not simply a beautiful place I have chosen for a wellness holiday. It has been my home for most of my adult life.

I have learned the language, found my favourite places, discovered the rhythms of everyday life here, and slowly come to understand the things that perhaps aren’t immediately visible when you visit as a tourist.

And this is what I would really love to share with you.
Not just Portugal as a holiday destination, but a little piece of the Portugal that I know and love.

The language.
The culture.
The food.
The local places.
The Portuguese way of taking time.

Perhaps you’ll discover a place that you wouldn’t have found in a guidebook.
Perhaps I’ll teach you a Portuguese expression that makes you smile.
Perhaps we’ll sit somewhere over a coffee and simply watch life go by.
These are the moments that make a place feel real to me.

A small, charming village by the Atlantic, with beaches, nature, cafés and plenty of space to slow down.

📍One2Seven  – your happy home for the week ahead

€999 per person
Flights and transfers are not included.

Each week will be for a small group of maximum six people.

For 2027, the retreat price will be adjusted slightly to reflect increased costs and inflation.

The 2027 price will be €1,049.

I’m keeping the adjustment as moderate as possible while continuing to offer the same quality, care and experience.

Spring and Autumn – both having their different kind of beauty here. The days can be wonderfully bright and warm, while the evenings invite you to slow down, gather around a table, enjoy a good conversation — or simply curl up with a good book.

You’ll have your own private bedroom in a carefully chosen hotel close to the beach and village, a healthy breakfast each morning, and daily well-being practices in beautiful indoor and/or outdoor settings.
And then there is everything that cannot really be put into a programme:

Time.
Space.
The ocean.
The possibility of doing less.
And perhaps discovering something new about yourself — simply because you finally have the space to notice.

The week will have a gentle structure, but it won’t be packed with activities.

You can expect:

• Daily meditation, conscious breathing, relaxation and listening
• Gentle bodywork, indoors and outdoors — including, weather permitting, on the beach
• A little Portuguese every day
• Time to explore Ferragudo and the surrounding area at your own pace
• Opportunities to experience some of the places, food and everyday life that I have come to love here
• A healthy breakfast each morning
• Your own private bedroom

This isn’t about coming to Portugal and following another holiday itinerary.

It is about living a little of the Portugal that has been my home for more than 30 years. I’d love to share that with you.
