You try so many things — workshops, books, methods, programs.
You keep showing up, hoping something will finally stick.
But in the end, it still feels hard to carry it into everyday life.

Especially when your days are full and your body is tired.

That’s exactly why I’m offering this workshop. It’s a space to pause, undo and gently ask:

🌀 How do I allow the world to overwhelm me and how do I turn it around.
🌀 What part of myself am I not accepting/ rejecting?

In this workshop, I’ll guide you through:

-Honest self-reflection to help you reconnect with where you are — without judgment

-Discovering your own strengths and patterns, instead of chasing someone else’s path

-Exploring what it means to accept yourself fully, while still being open to change

-Finding ways to integrate insight into everyday life — even when time, energy, or motivation are low

This is not about pushing through.
It’s about softening into what’s already inside you.
I believe  change begins with acceptance — not effort.
